Otacilia Severa

Otacilia Severa was the wife of Philip I and ruled as empress along side him. She may have been instrumental in ending the persecution of the Christians during their reign. After the death of her husband and the murder of her son, Philip II, Otacilia Severa spent the remainder of her life in obscurity.
